Leonardo DiCaprio is not only a legendary actor but he is also a keen environmentalist. He transformed this Belize isle into a resort that is luxurious and eco-friendly. Back in 2005, the star purchased 104-acre Blackadore Caye Island in Belize for $1.75 million, and built 36 luxury villas (which he plans to sell for $5 million each) and 36 residential homes. Solar energy and local material were used in the construction. The plan for the island is to sell only reusable water bottles, use only clean energy vehicles, and all food products will be grown organically and from local sources.

The $20 million house includes a master suite with a private living room, family bedrooms, 3 guest suites, and a basement that has a full private gym and a professional screening room. There is also an infinity-edged swimming pool and an outdoor living room. The latest security system has been installed and there is a manned guard booth in the driveway gates.
