If you’re anything like me then the first thing you thought of when you heard “Country Is On Lockdown,” was the gym. For the fitness fanatics like myself, we can all relate to the feeling of disparity that comes over us when we don’t have the right exercise equipment or space to work out in. This quarantine time is no walk in the park, and as much as we wish it wasn’t, the gym is temporarily closed. That means it’s up to us to keep up or workout regimen in the comfort of our own home. Luckily, we have some great advice and the best fitness application that is going to make quarantining just a bit easier. Don’t say goodbye to your workouts, say hello to something new! Remember, change is good and necessary for any fitness plan.
First Things First
For starters, let me begin by telling you all to take a deep breath in and then exhale, and remember everything is going to be okay. You will get back to the gym, You will not lose your results, This is not a setback! Okay now that we have that covered, let’s begin. Before choosing your workouts you need to make sure you have the right space to work out in. It’s not going to be as big as the gym but at least a separate room or part of the room that you can say, this is mine! It always helps to get yourself a matt and pair of dumbells but if you don’t have that then go ahead and use some textbooks, water jugs, or basically anything heavy as a replacement. Once this is all set we can begin by going over two of my favorite workout applications.
This one is new for me but let me tell you that I am absolutely raving about it. With so many classes to choose from between running, strength, cardio, cycling, yoga, meditation and more, you’ll never feel like there’s something that you’re missing. The classes are designed to whip you into shape and have you dripping sweat by the end. We promise you that this is no amateur workout, this right here is the real deal. You can modify by your level and also duration, and this way you’re bound to find the class for you. Don’t be too quick to say no until you give it a try, we promise it is worth it!
