Alexander Patrick Gregers’s full name is Alexander Patrick Gregers. The only son of Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester, Richard Windsor, Earl of Ulster is the Earl of Ulster. Ulster is the proud recipient of five major Army decorations, and he has also served in non-governmental organization roles, including as the director of the Transnational Crisis Project, which he founded.
