With the no-bake s’more bars what you’ll get is a graham cracker crust covered with a bittersweet ganache for more of a sophisticated flavor, and just as the recipe calls, the entire recipe is topped off with mini marshmallows.

Ingredients:
14 ounces graham crackers, finely ground
1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon salt
13 tablespoons (6 1/2 ounces) unsalted butter, melted
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon smoked salt, optional
8 ounces mini marshmallows

Directions:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, water, and melted butter in a large bowl until moistened. Firmly press into the bottom of a 9-by-13 inch baking dish.
Heat the chocolate and cream in a medium heatproof bowl in the microwave or over a pan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth. Spread over the crust and then sprinkle with salt and marshmallows.
Chill until the chocolate is firm, around 30 minutes. Using a handheld torch, lightly brown the marshmallows. Cut into squares and serve.

Three ingredients? Sign me up! With a food processes, you’ll be able to stir up this super tasty, and pretty, dessert in just about five minutes! Certainly beats ice cream any day.

Ingredients:
8 1/2 ounces frozen berries or other fruit
2 tablespoons of sugar (or use sugar, honey, maple syrup or stevia extract to taste)
1 large egg white
Fresh berries and whipped cream for serving (optional)

Directions:
Add the fruit to the bowl of a food processor. Process to a rough puree, around 1 minute. Add the sugar (or sweetener of your choice) and pulse briefly to combine. If using a different sweetener, then add small amounts at a time to taste.
Add the egg white and process until smooth and fluffy and that the mixture has lightened in color and doubled or tripled in volume, around 2 to 3 minutes.

If the mixture should stick to the sides of the bowl too much, transfer the mixture to a normal medium-sized bowl and continue to beat with a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment until fluffy.
Spoon the mousse into glasses and top with fresh berries and/or whipped cream. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours only.

Okay, you do need time to create the no-bake chocolate cheesecake but hey, it’s super delicious and easy to make. Besides, who doesn’t love cheesecake? Moreover, who doesn’t love cheesecake that doesn’t leave a massive mess behind? That’s what we thought!

Ingredients:
10 ounces chocolate cookie wafers
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
Cocoa powder for dusting

Directions:
Pulse the cookie crumbs and granulated sugar in the food processor until fine. Place in a large bowl and toss with melted butter until moistened. Firmly press into the bottom and 1 1/2-inches up sides of an 8-inch spring-form pan.
Using a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until light and creamy, around 1 minute, scrape the sides of bowl as necessary. Reduce the speed to low and mix in vanilla, sour cream, and melted chocolate until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into the crust and smooth the top. Chill until set, around 4 hours. Dust with cocoa powder and let the finished product sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
